Biography

Mr. McGraw, Chairman of the Company and Bank since May 1, 2025, served as Executive Chairman of the Company and the Bank from May 1, 2018 to May 1, 2025. Prior to serving as Executive Chairman, Mr. McGraw served as our Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to May 2018 and our President from 2000 to January 2016. Since June 2005, Mr. McGraw has served as Chairman of our board of directors. Mr. McGraw served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Bank prior to becoming our Chief Executive Officer.
