M. Ray (Hoppy) Cole, Jr.
Since 2009 Mr. Cole served as FBMS’s and The First Bank’s chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer. Mr. Cole was appointed a director of the Company upon the completion of the FBMS merger in April 2025.
