Richard L. Heyer, Jr.
Dr. Heyer is retired. Prior to his retirement, he was a physician and employee of Tupelo Anesthesia Group, P.A. since 1989, where he was formerly a partner. In addition, Dr. Heyer is President and co-owner of TAG Billing, LLC, a medical billing service provider.
