Mr. Baxter has served as the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer since 2021. From May 2016 until July 2021, Mr. Baxter served as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the Bank. Prior to joining us and the Bank, Mr. Baxter served as an Examiner with the State of Mississippi and as an attorney at Balch and Bingham LLP.
