Mr. Chapman has served as our President since May 2023 and Chief Executive Officer since May 2025. He served as our Chief Operating Officer from May 2018 to May 2025. Mr. Chapman served as our Executive Vice President and a Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank from January 2011 until he was appointed President, and he was the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer from October 2011 until August 2020. Mr. Chapman was our Corporate Controller from May 2006 until October 2011. Since May 2018, he has also served as a director of the Bank.
