Renasant Appoints New Starkville Advisory Board Members
STARKVILLE, MS - Renasant announced today that Lateshia Butler and Cal Rackley were recently appointed to the Starkville Community Advisory Board. Butler is the Associate Director of the Office of Civil Rights Compliance at Mississippi State University. Rackley is CPA and Partner at Watkins, Ward and Stafford.

Butler is a Starkville native. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Journalism from The University of Mississippi and a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law.
Butler is highly involved in the Greater Starkville area. She sits on the Mississippi State University Staff Council, is an Ambassador for Greater Starkville Development Partnership, and is a Board Member for Starkville Foundation for Public Education. She is also Vice President of Starkville’s Sudduth Elementary PTO, is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and sits on the StarkVegas Juneteenth Committee for Unity.
Rackley received both a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and a Master of Taxation degree from Mississippi State University. He joined Watkins, Ward and Stafford in 2006 and was admitted as a member of the firm in 2014. Rackley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was awarded the Silas M. Simmons Award for outstanding achievement on the 2009 CPA Examination.
Rackley currently serves as the treasurer of both the Starkville Country Club and the Starkville Sigma Chi Alumni, and acts as a board member of the MSU Adkerson School of Accountancy Advisory Council and Starkville Academy Investment Committee. Rackley enjoys volunteering as a coach for youth sports and is an active member at FPC Strakville where he has served as Deacon and Elder. He has also formerly served as a board member of the Memorial Gardens Park Cemetery and as an advisor of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
